Gabriel India Limited reported strong full-year results for FY26. Standalone revenue grew 16% to Rs 42,330 million (FY25: Rs 36,433 million), while consolidated revenue reached Rs 46,669 million (FY25: Rs 40,634 million). Standalone PAT rose 15% to Rs 2,432 million and consolidated PAT increased 3% to Rs 2,522 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.10 per share. Exceptional items of Rs 133.46 million (standalone) and Rs 137.54 million (consolidated) were recognised due to new labour code obligations. An unmodified audit opinion was issued. The company completed acquisition of Marelli Motherson assets (April 2025) and has ongoing JV activities with SK Enmove and Jinhap Gabriel Auto India Private Limited. A composite scheme of arrangement (merger/demerger) was sanctioned by NCLT in May 2026.
Solid operating performance with double-digit revenue and profit growth, driven partly by the MMAS acquisition. Clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positive signals. Exceptional labour code charge had a modest impact on bottom line.
