Q1FY27 standalone PAT rose 27% to Rs 760 million on revenue up 19% at Rs 12,742 million; EPS Rs 4.29. Consolidated PAT was Rs 1,081 million. Board approved acquiring 28.99% in HL Mando ANAND India (steering, braking, suspension maker; FY25 turnover about Rs 5,425 crore, PAT about Rs 388 crore) from promoter Asia Investments for Rs 2,231 crore, paid as Rs 350 crore cash plus 1.44 crore preferential shares issued to promoter at Rs 1,305.89 each. Promoter holding rises from 42.67% to 46.98%. Subject to shareholder approval.
