Gabriel India posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of about Rs 1,072 crore, up nearly 16 percent from Rs 924 crore a year ago. Standalone net profit jumped about 65 percent to roughly Rs 66 crore versus Rs 40 crore, helped by lower costs. The firm booked a Rs 13 crore exceptional charge for new labour code employee obligations. It completed the Marelli shock absorber assets acquisition in April 2025 for Rs 521 crore and reappointed Mrs Pallavi Joshi Bakhru as an independent director for a second 5 year term, subject to shareholder approval.
Strong profit growth and steady revenue expansion back a positive earnings view, partly offset by the Rs 13 crore one time labour code charge.
