Gabriel India reported Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated unaudited results reviewed by Price Waterhouse with a clean review report. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to about Rs 10,690 million for the quarter. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.90 per share on a face value of Re 1, with record date Nov 21, 2025 and payment by Dec 11, 2025. Updates included completed Marelli asset acquisition, pending composite scheme of arrangement with Anchemco and Asia Investments, and new joint ventures with SK Enmove and Inalfa.
Generous interim dividend signals strong cash generation. New JVs and acquisitions support growth but bring execution and integration risk.
