Gaekwar Mills 97th AGM: All 3 resolutions passed with near-unanimous support

Gaekwar Mills held its 97th (adjourned) AGM on October 2, 2026 via video conferencing. All three ordinary resolutions passed with near-unanimous support (99.9995% to 100% in favour). These included: re-appointment of Mrs. Shweta Dhruv Shah as Director, appointment of Mr. Mihir Rajesh Parikh as Whole-Time Director, and adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026.
