Gaekwar Mills held its 97th AGM on October 2, 2026 via video conferencing after the original September 25 meeting was adjourned for lack of quorum. All 3 resolutions were passed with requisite majority: adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026; re-appointment of Mr. Mihir Parikh who retires by rotation; and re-appointment of Mrs. Shweta Shah as Executive Director. 15 members attended through VC.
