Galaxy Bearings Board approved selling its unutilized 20,234 sq.m industrial land at Sanaswadi, Pune in tranches. First two tranches: 6,100 sq.m to BRK Infra Leasing LLP for Rs.125 Lakhs (sale deed Sept 17), and 5,700 sq.m to Treefac Works LLP for Rs.150 Lakhs (sale deed Sept 24). Buyers are not related parties. Remaining area to be sold in subsequent tranches with further updates to follow.
Cash inflow of about Rs.275 Lakhs from initial tranches; non-core, unutilized land monetisation with no impact on operations.
