GAMCO has completed the sale of its entire equity stake in Visco Advisory Private Limited (VAPL) to Blackstone affiliate BREP Asia III India Holding Co II Pte. Ltd. for Rs 15.80 crore. VAPL had nil turnover and a negative net worth of Rs 75.54 lakhs in FY25-26. The buyer is unrelated to promoters and is not a related party. VAPL ceases to be GAMCO's subsidiary after the deal.
Cash inflow of about Rs 15.80 cr from divestment of a non-core, loss-making subsidiary. Minimal revenue impact as VAPL had nil income.
