Gandhar Oil Q2 FY26 standalone PAT rose 76% YoY to Rs 322.20 million on revenue of Rs 8,072.66 million, up 6%. H1 FY26 PAT was Rs 584.47 million versus Rs 472.54 million a year ago. Consolidated H1 PAT was Rs 658.64 million. Board scrapped its earlier merger plan with wholly owned subsidiary Gandhar Shipping and Logistics and instead approved voluntary liquidation of that subsidiary. The unit is not material and the liquidation will not affect consolidated financials.
Strong Q2 profit growth is positive for shareholders. Liquidation of non-material subsidiary is neutral.
