The board, on May 22, 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY25 (ended March 31, 2025). Standalone FY25 revenue rose to Rs 31,603 million (from Rs 28,417 million), but profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 753 million from Rs 1,187 million, with EPS at Rs 7.69 vs Rs 13.75. Consolidated FY25 revenue was Rs 38,969 million with PAT of Rs 835 million (vs Rs 1,653 million). A final dividend of Rs 0.50 (25%) per share has been recommended, with the record date set as August 1, 2025 and the 33rd AGM on August 12, 2025. New statutory auditor M/s KJK & Associates has been appointed for 5 years, replacing M/s Kailash Chand Jain & Co on completion of their term. Mr. Ramesh Parekh has been re-appointed as Managing Director for 5 years (noting he is over 70), and Ms. Amrita Nautiyal re-appointed as Independent Director for a second term.
Revenue growth was healthy, but the ~37% drop in standalone PAT and ~50% drop in consolidated PAT year-on-year is a concern for shareholders despite the dividend declaration. Re-appointments of the Chairman/MD and an Independent Director signal management continuity, while the auditor change is a routine rotation after term expiry.
