Gandhar Oil Refinery reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs 3,422.56 crore (up 8.3% YoY) and net profit of Rs 138.39 crore (up 83.8% YoY), with EPS at Rs 14.14 versus Rs 7.69 in FY25. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 4,241.18 crore with net profit of Rs 137.25 crore. The Board approved purchase of approximately 21,551 sq. meters of land at Village Kherane Khurd, Panvel, Raigad for capacity expansion. The company also approved incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in South Africa and made key board appointments including re-appointment of both Joint-Managing Directors for 5-year terms and addition of two new directors. Committee reconstitution was done following Deena Mehta's resignation.
The company delivered robust earnings growth with near-doubling of standalone net profit. The land acquisition signals potential expansion which could drive future revenue growth, while the new South Africa subsidiary indicates international expansion plans. These developments are positive for long-term shareholders though near-term impact on stock will depend on market sentiment.
