Ganesh Housing Limited has received no-adverse-observation letters from both BSE and NSE dated July 6, 2026, for its proposed scheme of arrangement to merge Gatil Properties Private Limited into itself under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The exchanges have given the nod with conditions including disclosure of pending legal proceedings, financial details, pre and post scheme shareholding, and capital build-up. The company can now file the scheme with NCLT within six months.
Exchange clearance is a key milestone; the merger scheme can now proceed to NCLT filing, followed by shareholder and tribunal approval.
