GRSE inks MoUs with DNV and Damen for shipbuilding and dredgers

GRSE signed two MoUs on 02 Sep 2026 at the SMM Hamburg Maritime Trade Fair. The first is with DNV for collaboration on warship design, shipbuilding, marine engineering, classification, certification, digitalization and sustainability. The second is with Damen of Netherlands for design and construction of advanced dredgers, including Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers and Water Injection Dredgers. Focus areas include tech transfer, joint proposals and building indigenous dredger capability. No financial implications disclosed yet. Builds on existing GRSE-Damen work on a 1,000 cubic metre dredger for Bangladesh.
