Garware Technical Fibres Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Offshore & Trawl Supply AS (OTS) and Advanced Mooring Supply AS (AMS), both based in Norway. The acquisition was carried out through its wholly owned UK subsidiary, GTF UK, on July 7, 2025. This follows the company's earlier intimation dated June 23, 2025, and all customary closing conditions have now been fulfilled. With this, OTS and AMS have become step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of Garware Technical Fibres.
This acquisition strengthens Garware Technical Fibres' international presence in the offshore and mooring supply segment in Europe. It could provide access to new markets and customers, potentially supporting future revenue growth, though integration risks remain.
