On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Road Assets - Toll Annuity Hybrid-Annuity peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Gayatri Highways completed share purchases on 28 October 2026 for cash at Re 1 for each acquisition: 49% each in Gayatri Jhansi Roadways and Gayatri Lalitpur Roadways, now wholly owned, and 11.53% in associate Cyberabad Expressways. All three run Indian highways under build, operate and transfer contracts. FY 2025-26 revenues were Rs 2,558.28 lakh, Rs 2,183.26 lakh and Rs 48.23 lakh. The related-party deal is at arm's length.
Full ownership of two subsidiaries may improve control and profit share. No financial impact was disclosed, so the stock impact is uncertain.
