GDL Leasing & Finance shareholders have approved issuing up to 30 lakh (30,00,000) convertible warrants to the non-promoter group on a preferential basis. The approval was passed at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026 via video conferencing. Each warrant can later be converted into one equity share, subject to applicable rules. Details of the issue were already shared with the stock exchange on September 4, 2026.
Potential equity dilution once warrants are exercised. Existing shareholders should track pricing and allottee details in upcoming disclosures.
