On the reaction day the stock moved 7.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.0 pts more than its Biotechnology peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On October 19, 2026, promoter Yogesh Agrawal agreed to sell all 14,07,000 of his shares, equal to 46.06% of voting share capital, to Pankaj Grover and Abhisek Gupta. The buyers had no prior holdings. Completion would give them control and make them promoters. A mandatory open offer to public shareholders is required, and existing promoter directors are to resign.
The transaction may affect governance and the stock, while the required open offer gives public shareholders an opportunity to exit. Completion remains subject to applicable rules.
