Genus Power Infrastructures has announced that its demerger scheme is now effective from June 7, 2025. Under the scheme, the company's Strategic Investment Business will be demerged into Genus Prime Infra Limited. The NCLT Allahabad Bench had approved the scheme via its order dated April 24, 2025.
