The Allahabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned a composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Genus Prime Infra Ltd, Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd, and four other private companies (Sansar Infrastructure, Star Vanijya, Sunima Trading, and Yajur Commodities).
