GHV Infra Projects Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Cameroon Tyres Factory Project SA for executing EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) works to build a Green Field tyre manufacturing plant with a capacity of 7.6 million tyres per annum. The project is located at Bekoko, Douala, Cameroon and will be executed on a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) basis over 36 months. The contract value is Euro 630 million, equivalent to approximately INR 7,000 Crores (excluding taxes). This is the company's first major international infrastructure contract of this scale.
This massive contract, worth around INR 7,000 Crores, could significantly boost the company's order book and revenue visibility for the next 3 years. It represents the company's first large-scale international EPC order and may require capital raising or strategic partnerships to execute. The stock could see positive sentiment given the scale of the deal relative to the company's size.
