On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts more than its Investment Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
GKW Limited published a newspaper advertisement in Business Standard and Aajkaal on 10 October 2026, reminding shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window running from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. This window lets holders of physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019 transfer or dematerialise them, including re-submitting previously rejected requests, through the RTA MUFG Intime India. Transferred shares will be credited in demat form with a one year lock-in.
Routine compliance notice. Shareholders with old physical GKW share certificates should submit documents to the RTA before 4 February 2027 or risk losing eligibility.
