On the reaction day the stock moved 3.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.1 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Glance Finance Ltd's board, at its May 15, 2025 meeting, approved four items: (1) audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025 with an unmodified auditor opinion from M/s. JMT & Associates; (2) re-appointment of Mr. Narendra Laxman Arora as Whole-time Director for another 3-year term from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028, subject to shareholder approval; (3) appointment of M/s. M.R. Sharma & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26; and (4) appointment of Mr. Shiv Hari Jalan (M/s. Shiv Hari Jalan & Co.) as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030. On the financial side, FY25 total income rose to about ₹2,584.59 lakhs from ₹2,315.94 lakhs in FY24, while net profit after tax grew to ₹231.53 lakhs from ₹194.08 lakhs, lifting EPS to ₹10.26 from ₹8.60. Total assets stood at ₹5,321.22 lakhs and total equity at ₹4,471.17 lakhs as on March 31, 2025.
A clean unmodified audit opinion, higher profits and revenue versus last year, and stable governance with a familiar Whole-time Director continuing for another term are mildly positive for shareholders. The new auditor appointments are routine and unlikely to move the stock, though the improved earnings provide a supportive backdrop.
