Glittek Granites Limited has informed BSE about a Public Announcement for an Open Offer to acquire up to 67,50,000 equity shares (26% of equity share capital) from public shareholders at ₹12.65 per share, totaling ₹8.54 crore assuming full acceptance. The offer is triggered by a Share Purchase Agreement dated January 6, 2026, under which six Thanki family members along with PAC Rawmin Mining and Industries Pvt Ltd will acquire 1,63,51,010 shares (62.99%) from the existing Agarwal-family promoters and Kosen Ventures Pvt Ltd for ₹20.68 crore. Post-acquisition, the new acquirers will hold 88.99% of the company, the existing promoters will be reclassified as public shareholders, and the company will retain its BSE listing with no delisting proposed.
This is a change-of-control transaction — the Thanki family will take over Glittek Granites from the existing Agarwal-family promoters. Shareholders can choose to tender shares at ₹12.65 in the open offer window. The offer price and underlying transaction value, along with the controlling stake transfer, could lead to short-term price volatility on BSE.
