On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Education peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Global Education Limited filed an additional Marathi newspaper notice for its share buy-back. It will buy up to 14,75,000 fully paid shares of ₹2 each at ₹162 per share, for up to ₹23,89,50,000 excluding costs. The notice appeared in Saamana's Mumbai edition on October 31, 2026, after October 30 publications. The buy-back covers 2.8978% of equity capital. Eligible holders may offer their shares, with a small-shareholder reservation.
No terms changed. Wider outreach may aid participation; completion would return cash and reduce share count if the ₹162 buy-back is completed.
