AGM held on July 31; final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share declared

Global Education Limited held its 15th AGM on July 31, 2026 via video conferencing, from 11:05 AM to 11:40 AM. Members considered adoption of FY26 audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, declaration of a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (25 percent on face value Rs 2) and confirmation of an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 already paid. Director items included re-appointment of Mr Aditya Bhandari as Whole-time Director for five years and Mr Inder Bhat as Independent Director for a second term of two years. Voting results are awaited.
