Global Health Limited (Medanta) reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 44,103 million (up 19% YoY) and PAT of Rs 5,541 million (up 15% YoY). The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results with an unmodified audit opinion from Walker Chandiok & Co LLP. A final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (25% on Rs 2 face value) has been recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. In management changes, Ms. Richa Singh resigned as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective May 20, 2026, while Mr. Kedar Ashok Apte was appointed as Chief Marketing & Growth Officer and Mr. Jagdeep Singh as General Counsel, both designated as SMPs. The company also announced expansion plans including a 400-bed hospital in Varanasi and acquisition of a 79-bed oncology hospital in Indore.
Positive sentiment from strong revenue growth and profit improvement. Resignation of Ms. Richa Singh represents a mid-level management change; however, simultaneous appointments of two new SMPs indicate continuity. Dividend recommendation provides shareholder returns.
