B Khosla and Co, Chartered Accountants have resigned as Statutory Auditor of Global Surfaces Limited and its US subsidiary Global Surfaces Inc, effective November 13, 2025. The firm cited pre-occupation of partners and lack of alternative resources for partner rotation under ICAI standard SQC 1. They were midway through a 5-year term from September 2023 AGM to 2028 AGM. The auditor confirmed no concerns about management and had already issued the Q2 FY26 limited review and FY25 audit report. The Board and Audit Committee accepted the resignation and will appoint a new auditor to fill the casual vacancy.
Reason is internal to the audit firm, not company-related, and no governance concerns were flagged. Watch for quick announcement of a replacement auditor.
