On the reaction day the stock moved 13.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 12.9 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited results for September 2026. Q2 revenue was Rs 1,064.62 crore, profit before tax Rs 50.28 crore and net profit Rs 35.13 crore, versus Rs 902.34 crore, Rs 61.69 crore and Rs 37.68 crore a year ago. Half-year revenue rose to Rs 1,989.38 crore from Rs 1,696.89 crore, and net profit rose to Rs 57.23 crore from Rs 47.83 crore. Alexander Poempner was relieved as Group CFO and KMP on November 3 for personal reasons; Ankit Nayyar took over on November 4.
Q2 weakness may hurt, but half-year growth supports sentiment. The CFO handover supports continuity, though the early exit adds uncertainty.
