GNA Axles Limited has filed its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY2026 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) on both standalone and consolidated basis. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 344.21 crore from Rs. 399.62 crore in Q1 FY2025, a decline of about 14%. Profit after tax dropped to Rs. 23.03 crore from Rs. 27.78 crore, down roughly 17%, while EPS stood at Rs. 5.36 versus Rs. 6.47 in the year-ago quarter. Cost of materials consumed also fell in line with lower sales, and there were no exceptional items reported. Statutory auditor G.S. Syal & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results, with the consolidated figures including two subsidiaries.
The double-digit drop in both revenue and profit signals near-term weakness for this auto components supplier; investors should monitor whether the decline is demand-driven or one-off, and watch for margin and volume recovery in subsequent quarters.
