On the reaction day the stock moved 8.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 8.6 pts less than its Speciality Retail peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Go Fashion (India) Limited reported Q1 FY26 results with total income of ₹22,804.52 lakhs, up about 1% YoY but profit after tax fell roughly 22% YoY to ₹2,225.99 lakhs (EPS ₹4.12 vs ₹5.30). Sequentially, PAT rose about 12% from the March 2025 quarter. The board approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Prakash Kumar Saraogi and Executive Director & CEO Gautam Saraogi for fresh 5-year terms, alongside re-appointing three Independent Directors (Srinivasan Sridhar, Dinesh Madanlal Gupta and Rohini Manian). Co-founder and promoter family member Vinod Kumar Saraogi was inducted as Additional (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) Director from August 1, 2025. Non-Executive Director Rahul Saraogi resigned the same day, citing pre-occupation. A new secretarial auditor, Sridharan & Sridharan Associates, was also appointed for five years.
For shareholders, the board changes keep the Saraogi family firmly in control of strategy, with a senior promoter (Vinod Kumar) now formally on the board. The sharp YoY drop in Q1 profit despite modest revenue growth is a watch-point and could weigh on the stock in the near term.
