On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts more than its Industrial Minerals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Goa Carbon has filed copies of a newspaper public notice published on 14 October 2026 in Financial Express and Navprabha. The notice informs shareholders about a SEBI special window running from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027 for converting physical share certificates bought or sold before 1 April 2019 into demat form. Eligible shareholders must submit original certificates, transfer deeds, KYC and CML documents to the company registrar MUFG Intime India within the window. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat mode and will be locked in for one year after transfer registration.
Routine regulatory compliance filing. No material business impact. Shareholders holding old physical shares get one more chance to dematerialise them before the window closes.
