Godawari Power and Ispat has started commercial operations at an additional 2 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant at Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh from 8 December 2025. The new plant received Consent to Operate from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board on 3 December. With this addition, total pellet manufacturing capacity rises from 2.7 MTPA to 4.7 MTPA, a jump of about 74 percent.
Significant 74 percent capacity boost likely drives revenue growth and improves operating leverage for the pellet business.
