GPIL has transferred the second batch of 3,35,100 equity shares of Jammu Pigments Limited (JPL), an associate company, to the promoters of JPL for Rs.10 crore on 13 October 2026. This is part of the partial divestment of 16,75,000 shares announced in July at a fair value of Rs.298.45 per share, totalling Rs.49.99 crore. Post transfer, GPIL stake in JPL reduced from 39.99 percent to 38.27 percent.
Cash inflow of Rs.10 crore from stake sale in non-core associate. Marginal dilution in JPL holding; portfolio rebalancing signal.
