On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 1.8 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Godrej Properties said it is on track to deliver over 4,000 homes in Pune by March 2027. Its consumer study found 74% of affluent buyers prioritize wellness, 78% want yoga and meditation spaces, 76% prefer large balconies and 79% would invest in Pune again. The company also opened a 1,400 sq m resort-style clubhouse at Godrej Hill Retreat.
Positive for brand visibility and customer demand in a key market. The delivery target shows continued expansion, but the release gives no new financial guidance.
