Gokaldas Exports held an NCLT-ordered shareholder meeting on July 31, 2026 via video conference. 110 members attended. The sole business transacted was approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of BRFL Textiles Private Limited with Gokaldas Exports and their respective shareholders. The resolution will be deemed passed subject to receipt of the requisite vote count, to be declared by the NCLT-appointed scrutinizer as per prescribed timelines. Khaitan and Co acted as legal counsel.
If approved by requisite majority, BRFL Textiles will merge into Gokaldas Exports. Awaiting vote result, then further NCLT and SEBI approvals needed.
