Two directors resign from Golden Crest board, effective 3 July 2026

Golden Crest Education & Services announced that two directors will resign from the board effective 3 July 2026. Mrs. Bela Garg, Non-Executive Independent Director, steps down due to other professional commitments. Mr. Bhola Pandit, Non-Executive Director and Chairman, resigns due to personal circumstances. Both will also exit the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. They confirmed there are no other material reasons. The Board is in the process of selecting new directors.
