On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.4 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Material subsidiary Goodluck Defence and Aerospace will expand empty shell manufacturing capacity from 150,000 to 400,000 units within one year. The estimated investment is Rs 500 crore, financed through debt and equity. The expansion follows receipt of a commercial production licence and significant customer enquiries.
The expansion could support higher sales and long-term growth, but debt funding and execution costs may weigh on near-term cash flow and returns.
