Following the December 2024 fire at its GIDC Metoda plant in Rajkot, Gujarat, Gopal Snacks received approval of a full and final insurance claim of Rs 363.98 million. Including earlier interim payments and scrap sale proceeds, the company has now received a total of Rs 774.27 million towards the fire claim, intended to support reinstatement of the production unit.
