Gopal Snacks has commissioned a new Besan manufacturing unit at its existing Nagpur facility with an installed capacity of 19,642 MT per annum. The unit strengthens backward integration by reducing Besan transportation from Rajkot to Nagpur. Expected to lower logistics costs and improve Nagpur operations efficiency. The capex is largely one-time but should deliver recurring cost benefits.
Positive for shareholders - strengthens margins via backward integration, lowers logistics costs, and supports long-term cost efficiencies at Nagpur.
