Grand Foundry board overhaul after SAR Televenture takeover

SAR Televenture has completed its Open Offer takeover of Grand Foundry, triggering a full board overhaul effective July 9, 2026. Five persons resigned: MD Gaurav Goyal, WTD Rakesh Kumar Bansal, Non-Executive Director Saurabh Goyal, Independent Director Aishwarya Singhvi, and CFO Nitin Gupta. Five replacements appointed: MD Deepak Chaudhary (25 years telecom infra experience), WTD Vikas Tandon (also CFO of SAR Televenture), CFO Kamal Garg, Non-Executive Director Paramjit Singh, and Independent Director Arun Goel. Books of account shifted from Delhi to Noida.
