Grand Foundry board reconstituted after SAR Televenture acquired control via Open Offer. New MD: Deepak Chaudhary (ex-telecom). New Whole-time Director: Vikas Tandon (from SAR Televenture). New CFO: Kamal Garg. New Independent Director: Arun Goel and Non-Executive Director Paramjit Singh also appointed. Old MD Gaurav Goyal, WTD Rakesh Kumar Bansal, Non-Executive Director Saurabh Goyal, CFO Nitin Gupta, and Independent Director Aishwarya Singhvi resigned. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Books of account location shifted from Delhi to Noida.
