The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for FY ended 31 March 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹31,563 crore from ₹25,847 crore, but net profit fell sharply to ₹212 crore from ₹945 crore, with a Q4 FY25 standalone loss of ₹288 crore. A dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹2) was recommended. CFO Pavan Kumar Jain will retire on superannuation on 15 August 2025, with Hemant Kumar Kadel appointed as the new CFO effective 16 August 2025. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Sailesh Kumar Daga has resigned effective 15 July 2025 to pursue outside opportunities. M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. was recommended as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
The CFO transition is a planned superannuation with an internal successor in place, so continuity is unlikely to be disrupted. The Company Secretary resignation is voluntary and routine. However, the steep fall in standalone net profit and continued quarterly loss may concern investors, though the steady dividend and improving top line offer some comfort.
