Greenpanel filed its FY26 Integrated Annual Report ahead of the 9th AGM on August 7, 2026. Revenue grew 7.2% to Rs 1,539.37 crores, gross margins improved 130 bps to 48.2%, and MDF volumes rose 12.9%. The Andhra Pradesh plant stabilized, and new products like BoilBlack, HDWR Doors, Fire Retardant MDF and Thin MDF were launched. Net debt fell to Rs 155.65 crores. Reported profitability was weighed down by about Rs 49 crores of unrealized FX losses on Euro borrowings.
