Greenpanel Industries has announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel effective June 2, 2025. Mr. Himanshu Jindal has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in finance, taxation, audits, and risk management, having previously worked with Orient Bell Limited, Den Networks Limited, and Heidelberg Cement India Limited. The existing CFO, Mr. Vishwanathan Venkatramani, has been redesignated as President – Finance (Senior Managerial Personnel). Mr. Venkatramani is also a Chartered Accountant with about 30 years of association with the company. Both changes were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Neither individual is related to any director of the company.
This is a planned internal succession at the finance leadership level with no disruption to operations. Shareholders should note continuity in the finance function, as the outgoing CFO continues with the company in a senior role, while a seasoned professional with diverse industry experience takes over the CFO position.
