Greenply Industries will invest up to Rs 30 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Greenply Sandila, in one or more tranches by Q4 of FY2028. The funds will expand plywood and allied products capacity at Sandila, Uttar Pradesh. The company expects near-term demand to exceed current capacity. GSPL reported FY2026 income of Rs 289.76 crore, profit of Rs 18.51 crore and net worth of Rs 132.24 crore.
The expansion could support future sales and growth, but benefits will depend on timely completion and capacity utilisation.
