Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Greenply's wholly owned subsidiary, Greenply Sandila Private Limited, plans to add 15 million square metres per year of plywood and allied-products capacity at its Sandila plant in Uttar Pradesh by Q4 of FY 2028. The expansion will cost about Rs 125 crore and be financed through a bank term loan, holding-company equity and internal savings. Current capacity use is nearly 98%.
The expansion could support future sales and growth, but it adds Rs 125 crore of spending and execution risk. No near-term earnings impact was disclosed.
