On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts more than its Pesticides & Agrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

GSP Crop Science board approved a scheme to amalgamate wholly owned subsidiary Rajdhani Petrochemicals into itself and demerge the manufacturing arm of another wholly owned subsidiary GSP Intermediates into itself. Both subsidiaries are in agrochemicals. As both are wholly owned, no new shares will be issued and there is no change in shareholding pattern. Appointed date is April 1, 2026. Move aims to consolidate operations, cut compliance costs and achieve synergies.
Internal restructuring with no share dilution. Aims for operational synergies and cost savings. Subject to NCLT and other approvals.
