GSPL files revised composite amalgamation scheme with MCA

GSPL submitted a revised Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement to the MCA, addressing Regional Director observations on Clauses 60 and 63 about transferring authorized share capital from Gujarat Gas (GGL) to GSPL Transmission (GTL) on demerger. Revisions are technical with no material effect on scheme terms or shareholder rights. The composite plan combines merger of GSPC, GSPL and GSPC Energy into GGL, and demerger of GGL gas transmission business into GTL.
