On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts less than its Commodity Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
GNFC has published a notice to physical shareholders about a SEBI special window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Shareholders holding physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019, which were earlier returned, can now re-submit transfer and dematerialisation requests to RTA KFin Technologies, in line with the SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026.
Eligible holders of old rejected physical share papers can convert them to demat within the one year SEBI window ending February 2027.
