Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd will acquire 51 percent stake in Blue Tree Clinics LLC, a Dubai polyclinic offering plastic surgery, laser cosmetic, dental and chiropractic services. Deal value is about Rs 19.84 crore in cash, paid in two tranches within 50 days. Target FY25 revenue was 10.54 million AED and net profit 3.14 million AED. Not a related party transaction. Board also approved a postal ballot to change IPO object wording and appointed Dr Paresh Dhoti as independent director.
Marks first international foray into UAE healthcare, broadening services beyond kidney specialty. Deal size is modest; execution and integration risks abroad remain.
